Strengthen & Lengthen

Creative, intelligent sequencing blends dynamic movement with mindful stillness and conscious breathing. These vinyasa-style classes are athletic yet approachable. The pace is steady but never rushed, providing space for focus and alignment. Designed for all levels, this class offers the flexibility to push your limits or embrace a more grounded practice, with options to modify intensity as needed. You’ll leave feeling strong, refreshed, and rejuvenated. The room is heated to 85+ degrees.

Power(ful) Vinyasa

Power(ful) Vinyasa

Simple, straightforward, sweaty and athletic. A full body workout that is without a doubt, accessible to beginners. YES! You can do Power(ful) Vinyasa! These classes are all about movement and the flow of energy as you sync the body and the mind together through motion and breath. Power(ful) Vinyasa embodies a yogic philosophy that in order to achieve true balance we must accept the change that happens around us, and embrace it. This class leaves you feeling empowered, energized, and ready to take on anything. The room is heated to 85+ degrees.

Gentle + Guided Meditatoin

Balanced Vitality

An energizing and grounding vinyasa class that blends steady, dynamic movement with moments of deep stretch. Ideal for those who want a more invigorating practice than a gentle flow, but without the full intensity of a power class. You'll build strength and mobility through fluid transitions while maintaining time to pause, breathe, and stretch. Designed for all levels, this class provides the right mix of effort and ease, leaving you feeling balanced, open, and revitalized. Modifications are offered to adjust intensity as needed. The room is lightly heated (80 degrees) which feels only slightly warmer than ambient temp. 

Slow & Stretchy

A slow-paced class that focuses on mindful movement and deep breathing, perfect for those seeking a little less flow and a little more stretch. Ideal for beginners, those recovering from injuries, or anyone wanting extra time to pause, adjust, and breathe. The warm room and relaxed pace make it well-suited for managing stress, anxiety, and improving sleep. Practices will be oriented towards rest and relaxation, as we let go of the day and transition towards sleep. The room is lightly heated (80 degrees) which feels only slightly warmer than ambient temp.

Yin

Yin

Yin Yoga is a restorative, slow, and passive practice that focuses on deep connective tissues like fascia and ligaments. This floor-based class features long-held seated and lying-down postures, with each pose held for 3-5 minutes (sometimes longer). Rather than engaging muscles to flow through movement, Yin emphasizes finding your 'edge'—a point of gentle resistance—and calmly holding the pose to encourage deep release.

Perfect for relieving tension from everyday activities and workouts, this practice promotes flexibility, joint mobility, and relaxation. Participants are encouraged to bring a bolster (or pillow) and a blanket from home for added comfort. The room is lightly heated to 80 degrees, creating a soothing environment that feels slightly warmer than ambient temperature. You’ll leave feeling deeply relaxed, grounded, calm, and centered.

YinYasa

Yin and Yang are concepts which describe the two relative qualities present in everything. YinYasa blends the dynamic, warming, and upward qualities of traditional vinyasa classes (Yang) with the internal, passive, cooling, and downward aspects of a yin class (Yin). This unique class features a harmonious mix of breathwork, fluid movement, meditation, somatic exercises, joint mobility, and yin postures. The room is lightly heated to 80 degrees, creating a soothing environment that feels slightly warmer than ambient temperature. Participants are encouraged to bring a bolster (or pillow) and a blanket from home for added comfort. After class, you'll feel light, serene, clear, and open.

Sunday Over Easy

Our signature class! Sunday Over Easy is an energetic and powerful class featuring breathwork, lots of movement, restorative stretches, and guided meditations. SOE is always an experience! The room is heated to 85+ degrees.

Brought to you by one of America's top trainers, Kettlebell Cardio embodies the timeless concepts of physical culture: how to train for maximum functional strength, how to make the body more durable, more resilient, and less prone to injury. Kettlebell Cardio classes are ideal for the avid gym-goer, yoga enthusiast, person rehabbing from injury, professional athlete, or anyone with advanced training needs. This is a fun and energetic class where participants go at their own pace. The workouts are designed for all fitness levels and you will be given a printed workout that you can take home and practice on your own.
