soul & sound journey
A very special event featuring deep guided meditation, shamanic healing, sound, music, movement and dance, breathwork, prayer and community.
Facilitated by Lauren Lombardo, a Soul & Sound Journey event is so much more than a traditional sound journey! It is a unique experience designed to facilitate emotional release while delivering profound messages and inviting the beautiful White Light/Holy Spirit into your being. Lauren will provide hands-on energy healing throughout the session (to those who wish to receive). We'll commence the journey by clearing and balancing the chakras using the resonant vibrations of quartz sound bowls, accompanied by a guided meditation. Once touched by the energies of the chosen archetype, we are propelled on our own epic journey that eventually leads us back to our source, where our spirit was germinated. In the culmination of our experience, we'll allow ourselves to move, dance, sway and stretch, fostering the free flow of energy.

Lauren Lombardo is an Intuitive Healer and Spiritual Coach. Having worked with indigenous tribal members from around the globe, and with her deep connection and love for God, Lauren provides beautiful, sacred practices & modalities to help heal, educate, and awaken our souls. Lauren also teaches a soulful Yin class Wednesdays at 730pm and Fridays at 6pm.
