Ancient release
A journey into cellular healing
Step into a sacred space for healing and renewal as we connect to the wisdom of our ancient souls. This transformative session combines yin-inspired somatic movement, meditation, and hands-on healing to awaken and release stagnant cellular memory stored deep within the body. With a grounding atmosphere infused with music and energy that evokes the timeless connection to our ancestors, we’ll explore the body’s meridian pathways to gently unlock years of trauma and tension. Our bodies hold the stories our minds have sought to protect us from—this is your opportunity to awaken, release, and reset. Allow yourself to shed the weight of the past and step forward feeling lighter, clearer, and more at ease.
